About Us
History
Our story starts way back, when
Joyful Helpful Heart Foundation (JHHF) is a humanitarian, child-focused organisation based in Abuja, Nigeria, driven by a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves a chance at a better life.
Founded on compassion, service, and hope, the Foundation exists to support vulnerable and underserved children through access to quality education. We believe education is more than schooling—it is a lifeline that restores dignity, builds confidence, and unlocks lifelong opportunities.
At Joyful Helpful Heart Foundation, we work with children who face social and economic barriers, providing educational support, learning materials, mentorship, and advocacy that help them stay in school and thrive. Our interventions are guided by empathy and a deep understanding of the realities children face, especially those at risk of being left behind.
Our approach is hands-on and heart-led. We partner with families, schools, volunteers, and well-meaning individuals to create safe learning pathways where children are encouraged, protected, and inspired to dream beyond their circumstances.
From Abuja, our impact is growing—one child, one classroom, one hopeful story at a time.
Joyful Helpful Heart Foundation stands as a reminder that when hearts come together in service, lives are transformed.
Because helping a child today shapes a stronger tomorrow.
